Oak Wells Aquatics has become like family to us during this pool build. We began our pool building adventure with Matthew who not only created the most beautiful design for us but made the process fun. We were able to bounce ideas off of each other in collaboration to land on what was our perfect plan that included a pool with a spa, a bubbler on a small sun shelf, a 15 foot wood burning fireplace and a covered pergola all under a screen enclosure. Details are what mattered the most to us, and Matthew helped to hone what was important. He helped us source materials when necessary. He shared his expertise in the design of the pool such as spa placement and how loud a water feature might be…things we wouldn’t have known without his guidance. Kia drew up such professional CAD drawings that we even received compliments at our HOA’s Architectural Review Committee which went “swimmingly” well.

We love our new backyard oasis! The personal touch of this locally owned business can’t be beat. From the initial sales appointments, to design, production, and continued availability for questions after completion, we couldn’t be happier. What a great company to work with! From design to build, Oak Wells was amazing! During the build phase, Madison communicated daily updates and plans. Once complete, Aimee was there to show us exactly what was needed to do to maintain the pool. I text her questions after the handover period and she still helps!
